Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) oder Pflanzenwachstum fördernde Wurzelbakterien bezeichnet verschiedene Bakterienarten, welche bei verschiedenen Pflanzen das Wachstum fördern und in den Wurzeln (Rhizospähre) vorkommen.
