Definition Granivore, Insektivore, Herbivore
»The terms "granivore", "insectivore" and "herbivore" refer to animals whose diets contains over 50% of seeds, insects (or arthropods in a wider sense), and green plant parts (leaves, stems) respectively, whereas "omnivores" refers to those species in whose diets no particular category prevails (Kerley and Whitford, 1994).
