Die Induzierte systemische Resistenz (ISR, induced systemic resistance) von Pflanzen wird induziert durch Wachstum fördernde Rhizobakterien (PGPR: plant growth promoting rhizobacteria). Sie wird daher auch als Rhizobakterien induzierte systemische Resistenz (RISR: rhizobacteria induced systemic resistance) bezeichnet. Sie führen bei den Pflanzen zu einer Antwort von JA (jasmonic acid/jasmonate) und ET (ethylene).
